Steinberg Media Technologies on Wednesday unveiled the latest version of its entry-level music production software, Cubase SE3. Targeted to musicians, producers, students and educators, Cubase SE3 offers several new features and a new user interface. Among the new features in this version are a new audio engine, drag and drop for MIDI files, improved Hitpoint detection, and a redesigned Track Inspector.
