Iogear Inc. on Tuesday introduce four new Pocket Card Readers — devices about the size of a USB thumbdrive that enable you to transfer data from a flash memory card to your Mac or PC. Each of them is now shipping and costs US$19.95.
The new Iogear Pocket Card Readers come in four different formats: Reduced-size MultiMediaCard (RS-MMC), Micro Secure Digital (microSD) and TransFlash, mini Secure Digital (mini SD) and Memory Stick Pro Duo and Memory Stick Duo. Each of them connects to a host Mac or PC using USB 2.0, and are backwards-compatible with computers equipped with USB 1.1 interfaces.
