Mac and iPod accessory maker RadTech on Friday announced the release of ScreenSavrz for Apple Cinema Displays, form-fitting protective covers for Apple’s LCD panels. The company also introduced its StuffBak Device Recovery Service.
Make from RadTech’s “Optex” fabric, ScreenSavrz are used as a display cover and protector for Apple’s aluminum-clad Cinema Displays. It keeps debris off the screens and protects them from impacts and scratches. What’s more, ScreenSavrz can be used to clean the screen’s surface, and when dampened with water can also be used to remove light scratches and abrasions. They’re priced starting at US$38.95 and are available now, in Titanium Grey and Aqua colors.
StuffBak is a loss protection service that recovers missing possessions. You affix StuffBak ID labels to any piece of equipment you’d like to protect; the label allows the finder to return the missing item confidentially, cost-free, and even offers them a reward. You simply activate the StuffBak service online, and if the item’s ever stolen and misplaced then recovered, you’re contacted by phone or e-mail.
