Can’t live without your iPod? Concord, Calif.-based TechRestore Inc. now offers a nationwide Overnight iPod Battery Upgrade service for US$49. The service is available throughout the continental United States, and includes overnight pickup, installation of the replacement battery and return via an overnight carrier.
The service replaces your iPod’s existing battery with a high-capacity model capable of up to 20 hours of playback time, according to TechRestore. Your iPod’s original battery is then recycled through the Rechargeable Battery Recycling Corp.
