IDG World Expo on Wednesday announced the schedule for the MacIT Conference at Macworld Conference & Expo. Macworld Conference & Expo takes place January 9 – 13, 2006 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, Calif.
The MacIT Conference is a three-day event designed for Information Technology (IT) professionals who use Macs in their business. It covers features and deployment techniques for Apple’s IT products, like Mac OS X Server, Xserve, Xserve RAID and XSAN. Also offered are sessions focusing on security and network management.
The MacIT Conference comprises nearly 40 sessions in five topics — Servers and Services; Imaging Systems & Deployments; Client Issues; Interoperability and Network Management & Security.
Sessions are presented by a faculty of consultants, authors, developers and practitioners of IT-related Mac technology, such as Apple product managers Sal Soghoian and Nadir Nafissi, Derrick Donnelly, Edward Marczak, John Welch, Apple product managers Matt MacInnis and Doug Brooks and others.
