IDG World Expo on Tuesday announced the schedule for the Users Conference and the Hands-On MacLabs at January’s Macworld Conference & Expo in San Francisco, Calif. The event happens January 9 – 13, 2006 at the Moscone Center.
The Users Conference comprises almost 30 sessions over two days. Developed for Mac users of all skill levels, the 75 minute sessions cover a wide variety of topics and are broken into five tracks: “Mac Power User,” “Creative Tools,” “Digital Photography,” “Digital Video” and “Productivity.”
The Hands-on MacLabs are half-day sessions scheduled for Friday, January 13, that provide hands-on training in topics like “Mastering the Adobe Creative Suite,” “Building Your Own Packages,” “QuickTime Media Creation and Online Delivery” and more.
Featured Users Conferences sessions include “Tiger Secrets,” led by New York Times columnist David Pogue, “Digital Storytelling with Your iLife Media,” “Getting Better Pictures from Your Digital Camera” and more.
