Etymotic Research’s $149 6i Isolator Earphones are now available in black, to match the color of some Apple iPods and iPod nanos.
The 6i Isolator Earphones are in-ear models designed specifically for the iPod and other portable music players. Flanged and foam eartips help make a firm fit that isolates the user from outside noise. Etymotic claims the earphones produce more accurate music reproduction, with greater sound output and enhanced bass.
