BoxWave has introduced its ClearTouch Crystal for Apple’s 30GB and 60GB video-capable iPods. The ClearTouch Crystal costs $14.95.
As opposed to a carrying case, the ClearTouch Crystal is a transparent protector that overlays on the iPod. It comes in four separate pieces — front, back, click wheel and wheel button — and keeps the iPod from getting scratched. It also reduces UV ray reflection by 99 percent, according to the manufacturer.
What’s more, the ClearTouch Crystal is washable and reusable. Included is a “ClearTouch Applicator” and cleaning cloth.
A three-pack bundle is also available for $32.27.
