Software tracking Web site MacUpdate is offering free memberships to its premium service to everyone that signs up in January. The premium services include customizable site layout; customizable column data; software watch list; email update notifications; wish list for gifts; and download history, among other features. The service, which normally costs $20 yearly, is only available to new users, according to the Web site.
