iPod case maker Speck Products — makers of the iGuy and iKitty — announced Friday that they’re branching out into electronic iPod accessories. The company’s new products include an iPod charger, FM transmitter and more.
The new MobileCharge plugs into your car’s cigarette lighter and connects to the iPod’s dock connector. Clad in leather, the MobileCharge features a glowing blue power indicator. It’s expected to ship on January 16, 2006 for $39.95.
The MobileTune FM offers an FM transmitter to let you hear your iPod’s audio on your car’s radio. Coming in February, the MobileTune FM will cost $59.95. And the Mobile3in1 is a docking station that provides power and an integrated FM transmitter. Pricing and release date for the Mobile3in1 has not been announced.
The new devices work with fourth and fifth-generation iPod, iPod nano, iPod photo and iPod mini.
