Audio hardware-maker PreSonus and IK Multimedia announced on Thursday a partnership that will see a special version of AmpliTube (AmpliTube LE) included with all PreSonus audio recording interfaces. PreSonus offers a variety of interfaces compatible with the Macintosh. AmpliTube is IK’s guitar amp and effects plug-in that features 5 separate modules, including Tuner, Stomp, Amp Head, Miked Cabinet and Rack Effects.
