Alessandro Levi Montalcini has updated USB Overdrive to v10.4.4, the software that enables multi-button joysticks, gamepads and other input devices to work with applications that don’t natively support them. USB Overdrive costs $20, and this is a free update for registered users.
The new release of USB Overdrive is a universal binary that works natively on PowerPC or Intel-based Macs. Better support has been added if you’re a lefty using Apple’s Mighty Mouse, and support has also been added for Logitech’s MX-518 and G5 mice.
