SmileOnMyMac has updated its CD labeling software disclabel to v3.0.2. The new release is a universal binary that’s compatible with Intel and PowerPC-based Macs. It’s a free update for registered users, and costs $29.95 to register.
Disclabel enables you to create labels for CDs and DVDs as well as accompanying packaging. It includes a variety of pre-designed templates and offers design tools if you want to create your own. you can import track lists from Apple’s iLife applications and Roxio Toast, and import images from iTunes, iPhoto and the Finder.
Besides universal binary support, disclabel 3.0.2 also fixes its iPhoto import scripts to support iPhoto 6 — the new version included with iLife ‘06. A new import script has been added for iDVD 6 as well.
System requirements include Mac OS X v10.4 or later.
