Better Energy Systems has introduced a new version of its Solio iPod charger in black. The original Solio was available in white. The Solio costs $99.95.
The Solio enables users of iPods and cell phones to charge their device’s batteries using solar power-generated electricity rather than a wall outlet. It stores energy from sunlight in its own integrated Lithium Ion battery. It features a “blade” design that folds up compactly.
In addition to cell phones and iPods, the Solio can provide juice for digital cameras, PDAs and portable game consoles using an interchangeable tip system.
