Other World Computing (OWC) and Newer Technology Inc. on Tuesday announced a replacement battery for Apple’s 15-inch titanium PowerBook G4 that provides 48 percent more charging capacity than the battery included with those models. It costs $159.99.
The new NuPower 74 Watt Hour PowerBook G4 Titanium 15-inch battery comes with a one year warranty. It uses new cell technology, according to the company. Newer claims that these new batteries are the highest capacity batteries made for these PowerBooks.
