BenQ on Wednesday introduced its new FP73G and FP93G LCD displays. The Mac and PC-compatible monitors are 17 and 19 inches respectively, and feature dual analog and digital displays for flexibility in home and professional settings. The FP73G and FP93G will be available in March for $249 and $329 respectively.
Both displays feature slim bezel designs, 6 millisecond (ms) response time, contrast ratio of 700:1, brightness of 300 cd/m2 and 1280 x 1024 native pixel resolution. The FP73G is a 17-inch screen, while the FP93G is a 19-inch screen.
The displays feature D-Sub connections for hooking up to analog monitor outputs, as well as Digital Visual Interface (DVI) connectors for newer systems. They also feature “iKey” auto calibration and VESA wall mount support.
BenQ’s Web site had not been updated with information about the new displays as Macworld posted this article.
