Kanguru Solution has released a new line of USB 2.0 flash drives in capacities up to 64GB. The Flash Drive Max series is available in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB capacities for $799.95, $1,499.95 and $2,799.95 respectively. The 16GB model is shipping now; the two larger drives are expected to ship on April 15, 2006.
The drives weigh 18 grams and measure slightly larger than a stick of gum, according to Kanguru. They work with Mac OS X, Windows and Linux operating systems, and are plug-and-play compatible.
The Flash Max Drive comes in an aluminum housing. It includes a USB extension cable, lanyard and software disk.
