Want to play Cricket on your Mac? Graham Randall has updated his Mac-only Cricket game with 3D support, all new features and compatibility with Mac OS X v10.4 “Tiger.” It costs £18 (US$33.21). Updates from Randall’s older Cricket games cost £9 (US$16.61).
Cricket 3D lets you move the camera around the pitch and field so you can watch players bowl an over, chase the ball and more. You can replay every ball in the over in slow motion from the wicket keeper’s position; switch to Autorun mode and watch as the Mac bats against your bowling attack; play international teams; view an onscreen scoreboard and track a full scorecard complete with batting and bowling details and more.
System requirements are steep: They call for a G5, Mac OS X v10.3 and OpenGL-compatible graphic system.
