Apple has released Xcode 2.3 to developers on Tuesday. Xcode is Apple’s integrated development environment (IDE) for Mac OS X, which is used by developers to build applications. In addition to bug fixes Xcode 2.3 includes a new DWARF debugging format for improved debugging fidelity and efficient utilization of disk space. The update also includes a new Distributed Network Build (DNB) scalable build architecture. Xcode is available from Apple’s Developer Web site.
