Roxio has released Toast Titanium 7.1, a new version of their popular CD and DVD burning software for Mac OS X. Also bundled in this update is CD Spin Doctor 3.1 and Motion Pictures 2.1.2. Toast Titanium 7.1 is a free update for registered users, and is a Universal Binary that runs natively on Intel and PowerPC-based Macs.
Toast enables Mac users to burn CDs and DVDs complete with menus and other content; you can burn files across multiple discs, compress and copy DVD movies, convert DivX video to play on DVDs, create “HD” slideshows of still images and more.
Toast Titanium 7.1’s updates include bug fixes for previewing Apple Lossless-encoded audio files; QuickTime 7.1-related video export; prevents duplicate items from being created when an open folder is dragged into the Toast window for data formats and more. You can view the Version History online.
Also new in this release, CD Spin Doctor — Roxio’s application for converting analog audio files to ready them for CD burning — is now a Universal Binary application as well. And Motion Pictures 2.1.2 — the software that enables users to create a moving slideshow of still images — gains compatibility fixes.
