Stone Design on Monday announced the release of Stone Works, a bundle of 15 applications made for Mac OS X uses looking to design and publish, bill clients, make movies, create photo albums, convert fonts and more. It costs $399.
Included with the suite are Stone’s previously released software applications including Create, a vector illustration, page layout and Web authoring app; iMaginator, a Photoshop-like image editing app; Videator, Stone Design’s movie editing and effects software; PStill, its PDF processing tool; TimeEqualsMoney, a time and billable expense tracker; PhotoToWeb, a digital photo management tool; SliceAndDice, an image map, rollover and mosaic tiling utility for Web pages and much more.
All applications are available separately. The $399 price on the suite is available through Summer, 2006, and Videator is included free for now. The company also sells a suite of seven key applications as “Stone Studio” for $299 instead. All applications are Universal binaries.
