Freeverse Software, makers of Wingnuts 2, Burning Monkey Solitaire and many other games for the Mac, has announced the development of new games using Unity, the 3D game engine developed by OTEE.
Details remain scant, but Freeverse indicated that the two new games are slated for release this year. One is a sequel to Freeverse’s current offerings, and the other is a new title. The company will release more details about the new games soon.
Unity is a Mac-based 3D game engine that includes physics modeling and other features. It’s been used to develop GooBall, the platform action game published by Ambrosia Software.
