PumpOne announced a new version of PumpedForLife—a body conditioning digital trainer that can be used with the iPod—is now available at Apple Retail stores and online. The software provides visual step-by-step training instructions from a personal trainer that can be viewed on any iPod that displays images, as wella s other handheld devices such as a Treo.
Images display the name of the exercise, along with proper start and end positions. Each exercise image is also accompanied by a tip that illustrates proper form and technique. The images can be viewed at your own pace, while listening to music normally on your iPod. The PumpedForLife installer CD helps set up iPod syncing.
Each trainer includes a six-day a week workout program, designed to be performed over the course of four to eight weeks to help build strength, lose weight, gain endurance, increase flexibility and improve heart health. Each week consists of three days of Strength Training, one day each of Cardio Intervals Cardio Cross Training and one day of Hatha Yoga.
The suggested retail price is $39.95
