MacMice has introduced a black version of its Danger Mouse, a $29.99 USB-based mouse that uses laser optics. The new mouse ships on September 14, 2006.
The new black-clad mouse was designed to complement the black MacBook, according to MacMice.
The Danger Mouse features 1,600 dot per inch (DPI) laser optics and features two buttons plus a clickable “MicroScroll” scroll wheel. It’s attached to a five-foot black USB cable. It’s compatible with standard mouse drivers including in both Mac OS X and Windows XP.
