Casual game maker Ohana Games has released Music Challenge, a game show-style game that tests your music knowledge using iTunes — a bit like the music trivia game already built into the iPod. The game is available for download now and plays as a demo; an “unlock code” costs $10.
Host Gina tests your knowledge of your own music collection — if you answer correctly and quickly, you get more points. Get all the questions right and you can double your points. The longer the game goes on, the less time you’re given to answer.
The game is playable by up to four people, and — if you have included it as part of your iTunes collection — can also quiz you on album art.
System requirements call for a G4/800MHz or faster, 128MB RAM, 20MB hard disk space, Mac OS X v10.3 or later, iTunes 4 and QuickTime 6 or later.
