Adonis Furniture has announced the iRocker, which it claims is the first video game / rocker chair to feature a “Made for iPod”-licensed dock connector. It comes in seven different models and costs from $99 to $599 depending on features.
The iRocker features a multi-position reclining back, two to five speakers, audio inputs, audio inputs, additional line input (for use with other music players and devices), and master volume dial. Some models also feature the “Base Tube” for added bass response.
The “teen” version of the chair comes with microfiber-covered cushions in six different colors. An “adult” version is available in black, bone or saddle faux leather finishes.
Adonis’ Web site did not include information about the iRocker as Macworld posted this article; the Web site was under construction, according to an Adonis spokesperson.
