Big Fish Games and Macgamestore have announced the release of a Mac version of Mystery Case Files: Prime Suspects — a mystery-oriented casual puzzle game. The game costs $19.95 to register; a downloadable demo is available.
In Mystery Case Files: Prime Suspects the Queen’s Hope Diamond has been stolen, and it’s up to you to search for clues throughout 22 levels. Each level is a still image, and within the image are objects you must find — some will be in plain view, while others will be hidden. It’s an “I Spy”-style mystery. Clicking on the items listed will help you get time with the crime lab computer, to help you figure out who was at the scene of the crime. The list of items will change each time you play, and thousands of clues have been hidden in the illustrations.
System requirements call for a G3/400MHz or faster system, 128MB RAM and Mac OS X.
