Apple released updates for all of the applications in its iLife and iWork suite of applications. iWeb, iPhoto, Pages, Keynote, iMovie, iDVD and GarageBand all received compatibility with Aperture 1.5, released earlier this week. In addition, iPhoto contains new calendar, greeting card, and postcard themes for use with Apple print services, including a variety of holiday card designs. The iMovie update also improves overall stability and addresses a number of other minor issues, according to Apple. When Aperture was updated earlier this week it included integrated support with iLife ‘06 and iWork ‘06, which means users can access Aperture media to build Web sites, create presentations in Keynote and copy photos to iPhoto, using JPEG versions of the Aperture images. The updates are available via Apple’s Software Update mechanism.
