Griffin Technology on Tuesday introduced its Centerstage and Disko iPod cases. Centerstage and Disko cost $24.99 and $29.99 respectively.
Centerstage is a clear hard shell case equipped with an anodized aluminum cover. The cover flips open and under to turn into an easel stand, to perch your iPod on a flat surface at an angle — suitable for hands-free video viewing. It’s compatible with 30, 60 and 80GB video iPods, and comes in silver, black, blue or hot pink.
Disko is a polycarbonate case that senses your movements and responds with moving colored lights that outline the click wheel. The lights are powered by long-life wafer batteries (included), so the light show doesn’t impact the run time of your iPod’s batteries. It also works with 30, 60 and 80GB video iPods.
