Boinx Software has released iVeZeen 2.2, a new version of its video blogging software for Mac OS X. A free update for registered users, iVeZeen costs $14.95 to register.
iVeZeen lets you use voice commands, motion detection and other capabilities to start and stop video recording. The software supports AppleScript so you can time recordings or attach the software to other trigger sources, like remote controls, for example. Additionally, iVeZeen lets users control brightness and focus of Apple’s external iSight cameras during recording.
In addition to iVeZeen’s Universal binary support, which enables the software to run natively on Intel and PowerPC-based Macs alike, the 2.2 update fixes a problem with iSights that are now built-in to Macs and fixes a “rare crashing bug” on dual processor Macs.
A five-day unlimited demo key is available. System requirements call for Mac OS X v10.3.9 or later.
