Nopali, the plastic surgery management software for Mac OS X, has been updated to version 1.5.
Built on a client/server model, Nopali’s features include office scheduling, cash flow, referral tracking, electronic medical record (EMR) storage, image library, statistical analysis, quote manager and more. It’s a Universal binary that runs natively on Intel and PowerPC-based Macs and encrypts data using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
New to this release is support for Bonjour, Apple’s zero-configuration networking technology. Nopali now generates HIPAA eClaims-compliant insurance electronic and paper billing, and sports its own automated backup system. Speed has been improved, and the server software is sleeker and more compact.
System requirements call for Mac OS X v10.4 or later, G4/800MHz or faster, 15-inch display and 1GB RAM.
