Sonnet Technologies has announced that it’s redesigned its
iFreq FM transmitter for iPod to work with Apple’s second-generation iPod nano models. The new model fits both first- and second-generation iPods, as well as other dockable iPod models. It costs $79.95.
iFreq is an in-vehicle FM transmitter and battery charger. It snaps on and off and mounts using an adhesive-backed magnetic disk you place on the dashboard. It uses the line-out connection on the iPod for the best sound quality possible.
The iFreq features simple controls and a large, backlit display that shows you the FM radio frequency it’s transmitting over.
