CS Odessa has announced the release of ConceptDraw WebWave 5.8, a new version of their Web site planning and prototyping tool for Mac OS X and Windows. ConceptDraw WebWave costs $299; the update is free for registered users.
ConceptDraw WebWave helps Web designers develop a prototype to present to clients. It includes drawing tools, export and import capabilities, quick-start wizards, Web page imitation behavior, color scheme generator, task-specific templates and more.
New to this release of ConceptDraw WebWave is support for project management software: You now can export information from the WebWave project to Microsoft Project using XML metadata. Mock-up creation has been improved thanks to user-defined Cascading Style Sheet (CSS)-based files. Ten new Web page design templates have been added to the gallery.
System requirements for Mac OS X v10.3 or later. A demo version is available.
