Another addition to your social calendar, if you’re planning on coming to San Francisco for next week’s Macworld Conference & Expo: The Mac Mingle Party. It happens on Thursday, Jan. 11, from 8PM to midnight, and it’s open to all Macworld Expo attendees who wear their badge.
The brainchild of Mac author Deb Shadovitz and Mac podcaster Adam Christianson, the Mac Mingle is a mixer for showgoers interested in talking with others about what they’ve seen and what cool products they’ve gotten their hands on. It happens at Jillian’s, a restaurant and watering hole located at the Metreon, close to the Moscone Center. Mac Mingle is also expected to draw Mac luminaries and authors including Ken Ray, Andrew Shalat, Shelly Brisbin, Alex Lindsay, Derrick Story, Bill Palmer and others.
Light hors d’oeuvres will be served and there will be a no-host bar as well.
