MacInstruct on Tuesday announced Tutorama, a contest that invites individuals to submit educational tutorials on anything related to Apple hardware or software. Participants will compete for prizes ranging from iPods, signed books and a Mac mini.
Billed as “the place to learn about your Mac,” MacInstruct has been teaching users how to use their Macs since 1999. It’s a volunteer-run Web site that includes columns, online courses and a video podcast. The site recently relaunched and is offering the Tutorama contest as a way of building up new content.
The submission period runs through March 20, 2007. After all submissions are reviewed, finalists will be announced on April 3, 2007.
