PlayFirst has released Connect Four Cities, a casual game that borrows from the classic tabletop game. It’s available for $19.95 and can also be downloaded from Macgamefiles.com.
You have to connect four in a row before your opponent does; you watch your city grow in the process. More than 20 different “wild” checkers add some variation to the game. You can play for all 60 buildings and the keys to six different cities as you drill, float or boom your way to victory.
Connect Four Cities features Cities, Classic and Multiplayer modes. The Multiplayer mode lets you find players online, as well.
System requirements call for Mac OS X v10.3.9 or later, G4/800MHz or faster (including Intel) and 800 x 600 resolution.
A demo download is available.
