V-Moda has announced two new colors to its Vibe noise-isolating earphone — premium earphones designed for the iPod and other portable music players. The new models come in “Red Roxx” and “La Mocha,” and cost $101 each. They’re expected to begin shipping in early February.
The Vibe is an all-metal earphone designed to have a jewelry-like look, but it also uses silicone fittings to provide a noise-canceling in-canal earphone fit. V-Moda says the Vibe provides “rich bass, warm mids and unprecedented clarity.”
V-Moda already made the Vibe in Gunmetal Black and FlashBack Chrome; the new Red Roxx complements the color of the iPod nano (Product) Red Special Edition, according to V-Moda; the La Mocha is a brown color designed to complement the Microsoft Zune.
