Can flash drives be just too small?

Flash drives keep getting smaller and smaller. I think Transcend’s JetFlash T2K USB drives are the smallest I’ve seen yet: they weigh just 2 grams . It’s the perfect size for, er, easily losing them. You could probably wear them as earrings, if you were so inclined.

The JetFlash drives are available in capacities of 1GB ($16), 2GB ($25), and 4GB ($48), which are pretty nice prices. Or, at the least, you won’t feel like you’re paying a lot for something the weight of two paper clips. You could hand them out as party favors at your next shindig. Or tape them to your back and pretend you’re a secret agent. Just don’t do that at the airport.
