Here we are, mere days away from zero hour, when hordes of fans will descend upon stores throughout the country to snatch up the console of their choice: PlayStation 3 vs. Wii. No holds barred. A number of reviewers have already lined up the two consoles (
some of them with an Xbox 360 in the mix —damn you, Crecente!), but we here at Gadgetbox are nothing if not the gadget blog of the people . Which means, like you, we’ll wait in lines. Well, Derik will. For a Wii. Me? I plan to steal his as soon as he gets it. Not that he’s reading this or anything.

stacked up Wii vs. PS3. Their conclusion? The PS3’s graphics blow away the Wii’s, but Nintendo’s console’s gameplay is strongly addictive. Perhaps not surprising, but good to hear reinforced.
