Merriam Wesbter is offering a USB version of their own dictionary, with instant access to 300,000 definitions, coupled with a Franklin thesaurus containing 500,000 synonyms and antonyms. The device, which appears to be rather like a flash drive, contains 256MB of total memory, though some of that is taken up by additional software that allows for phonetic spelling correction, the essentials of grammar, and (my personal favorite) a crossword puzzle solver.
