No good, right? Well, Timestrip smart labels are out to change all that (and save faces while at it). Simply pop one on the food of your choice when you put it in the fridge, and it will keep track of just how long it’s been in there. It works by releasing a liquid at a constant rate through a micro-pourous material.
This is what I’m talkin’ bout : using technology for the good of all mankind. Or lonely bachelors seriously considering eating that last jar of mayonnaise.
Timestrips run £5 for a pack of 50, in both freezer (months) and fridge (days) varieties (or about $9, plus $4.60 for international shipping).
