Accessory-maker Macessity introduced the BookShell for MacBook, a hard clear case that protects the notebook. The BookShell acts like a layer of protection while still giving the MacBook enough room to fit into a sleeve, briefcase or backpack. The BookShell features a two piece snap on installation and allows access to the MacBook’s ports. The unit also has an 80-slot ventilation system on the bottom piece to allow heat to escape. Skid resistant rubber feet round out the features of the BookShell. Priced at $34.99 the BookShell is available immediately.
