Apple announced Friday that it will offer Major League Baseball (MLB) video highlights for the 2007 season on the iTunes Store.
MLB video content on the iTunes Store will include “MLB.com Daily Rewind,” a 25-minute daily feature highlighting that day’s plays and two weekly “Games of the Week” features, which will include full versions of the best games from both the National and American Leagues.
Each episode will be available individually for $1.99. Users can also purchase a multi-pass, which will get them a month of Daily Rewind shows for $7.99, or a Season Pass for every “Game of the Week” for $19.99.
Apple is kicking off the new season of Major League Baseball with a free “MLB.com 2007 Season Preview Show” (not available as Playlist posted this article). The iTunes Store will also host the “MLB.com Baseball’s Best” series, showcasing classic baseball games from the past, each for $1.99.
