Independent game developer Winter Wolves has released TV Station Manager, a game that puts you in control of a small independent TV station. TV Station Manager costs $19.95; a playable demo is available for download.
Your small station is about to go bankrupt, and the station owners has hired you to help the station recover. You can buy or sell rights to display TV programs on your station from sixteen different categories. You get advertising deals, arrange programming into your weekly schedule, create your own shows using a production studio, and track how your station is doing. Do well and get rewarded; don’t do well, and get your walking papers.
System requirements call for a Mac running 450MHz or faster, 256MB RAM, OpenGL graphics card with 16MB VRAM and Mac OS X.
