Blue Raven Technology has announced the release of a line of iPod replacement battery kits. The company offers replacement batteries for first through fifth-generation iPods and iPod minis for $29.95.
The kits contain detailed instructions and tools needed to take apart the old iPod and install the new battery. The company also offers online help for users who might need help in a jiffy — an online video is also available.
The new batteries have improved capacities compared to their factory installed counterparts, according to Blue Raven — up to 30 percent more charge.
