Corsair on Monday introduced its
line of USB flash drives. The drives are designed for extreme conditions, and come in 4GB and 8GB capacities for $59.99 and $129.99 respectively.
The Flash Survivor drives are encased in Computer Numerical Control (CNC)-milled aluminum and are water resistant to 200 meters. They’re also shock-proof, encased in rubber molded collars. An outer metal tube has two end-caps.
The 8GB model is a “Survivor GT” version; it uses higher speed IC-paired memory and faster controllers.
