My Dream App has announced plans to have “Season 2” of their Macintosh application brainstorming contest. The coordinators of the event are screening developers who want to participate.
My Dream App is an online competition where visitors submit ideas for applications to be created by Mac developers. The first contest generated more than 2,700 ideas; in excess of 40,000 people cast votes. The three winning ideas from that contest are currently in development.
The My Dream App team will be doing video interviews with potential developers in conjuction with Pomcast.com at Apple’s Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC) next month. Anyone interested in participating is encouraged to e-mail My Dream App with a brief biography and a short write-up on why they should be part of the next contest.
