AppleScript Pro Sessions comes to Denver, Colo. in June. It’s a five day training seminar on AppleScript designed for everyone from beginners to experts, and the event’s coordinators have announced that Apple’s AppleScript product manager, Sal Soghoian will be a guest speaker at the event.
One day of the event is offered as a getting-started orientation for AppleScript. Other days focus on AppleScript and applications — some general overview, and in-depth looks at how AppleScript can help users develop automated workflows to improve productivity. InDesign, QuarkXPress, Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, FileMaker Pro, BBEdit and other applications are covered.
In addition to Soghoian, other presenters include Gary Cosimini, business development director for Adobe Systems, who will talk about InDesign CS3 Server, and Quark, to discuss QuarkXPress Server 7. Script Debugger from Late Night Software will be featured, as well as a pre-release version of FaceSpan 5, an AppleScript authoring application.
Early bird registration is available through Thursday, May 10, 2007.
