Yellow Camp Software on Tuesday announced the release of Anzan 1.0.0, a new utility used to transfer files between multiple Macs on a local network. It costs $18.95 for two computers, or $39.95 for up to five computers.
Anzan doesn’t require you to mount other users’ volumes on your desktop — you simply select drag the file and drop it on the name of the recipient or recipients from a list of Anzan users. You can set it to automatically accept transfers from specific users and notify you when they’ve been received, and also provides a Transfer History window so you can see what’s been sent and received.
Anzan requires Mac OS X v10.4.9 or later. It’s a Universal binary.
A ten user license is available for $65.95, and larger licenses are available — users are encouraged to contact the company for pricing.
