Screentime Media on Wednesday announced the release of Screentime for Flash 3.5 for Mac OS X. Screentime for Flash enables content creators to make screensavers using Adobe Flash technology. It costs $249.
Screentime for Flash 3.5 supports Adobe Flash CS3 and works with ActionScript extensions. You can embed hyperlinks, link to dynamic content, and have interactivity with the user.
This new release enables users to create smaller screen savers — in some cases, a few hundred kilobytes in size. The screen saver installer can now include Flash itself in the installer user interface, require end user license acceptance, include Read Me files and screen saver expiration. It outputs a zip file containing the screen saver itself, ready to install.
System requirements call for Mac OS X v10.2.8 or later.
